The Highest Council

The Highest Council is the most potent governing institution in the SA World. There shall be 16 members of the council. To gain admission, individuals must hold the status of Platinum-level Citizens. Members will be selected from the pool of foundational partners of SA World and subsequently renewed at designated intervals.

SA World will operate based on legislation, and there will be a supreme law on which all activities will be enforced. The Highest Council of SA World will be responsible for protecting and making changes to these laws.

Sitting members of The Highest Council are granted special privileges in SA World, such as higher entropy efficiency.
