The Lower Council

The Lower Council serves as the primary platform for introducing proposals and policies deemed suitable for SA World by the community. Subsequently, the Highest Council undertakes a thorough review of these proposals, and upon approval, the Development Unit takes charge of their implementation.

Comprising 256 positions, the Lower Council appoints its members based on their application's Entropy score and their standing within the Guild Community, gauged by their Power Voting statistics. The precise number of seats in the Lower Council is determined based on the power voting ratings of applicants and their respective communities.

In addition to their roles in the Lower Council, its members enjoy premium privileges within SA World.

Feedback System

If a group of Citizens gathers a specific threshold of signatures on their petition, they are entitled to submit their proposal to the Lower Council. The Lower Council is required to open a formal inquiry, which the council will discuss and vote upon.
